Zurich, Switzerland/Munich, Germany, 4 October 2011 – Swiss company, Peach Property Group AG, leading developer of luxury residential property in German-speaking Europe, will for this first time participate in Munich’s EXPO REAL trade fair (4-6 October 2011) with its own stand. Peach Property Group will present its current luxury accommodation construction projects on a 80m2 stand in Hall A2. Focal points will be provided by the „Harvesterhuder Weg 36“ project in Hamburg, „yoo berlin“ and „Am Zirkus 1“. In Hamburg, Peach Property Group AG – which has been active on the German property market since 2009 – is currently in the process of realising a project on the shores of Hamburg’s Outer Alster. The project, which is located in a traditional villa region, comprises of 63 apartments of between 80 and 280 m2 in five newly constructed villas. In Berlin, the Group will build 87 apartments of between 62 and 339 m2 over a ten-storey standalone building on the banks of the River Spree. „you berlin“ will be completed in collaboration with world renowned designer Philippe Starck. The same building complex will also house a new 311-room hotel and 5,000 m2 of commercial space. „Our customers expect the most exclusive living standards with an individual touch.
